Refer Talent to Andersen

Your referral will be accepted and recorded if: - The referred candidate is not in the database when the referral is processed; - The referred candidate is in the database and has not been contacted by Andersen's recruiters within 3 months prior to the current referral. An accepted referral is valid for 3 months from the date it is received. There is no limit to the number of referrals one can submit.

The referral will not be accepted if: - The referred candidate is already an employee of Andersen; - The referred candidate was in recruitment processing within 3 months prior to the referral date; - The candidate was previously referred by another person, and that referral is still valid; - The referred candidate is a contractor or temporary employee providing services to or working for Andersen; - The candidate’s data has previously been received from a recruitment agency; - The candidate has referred themselves; - The candidate has not given their consent to the referral for the processing of personal data.

The bonus is paid after the candidate you recommended successfully completes their 3-month probation period. When you receive a notification that your recommended candidate has passed probation, a recruiter will contact you with details on how to get your bonus. The use of personal data provided by the referrer is only possible if the recommended candidate is interested in cooperation and has given consent for their personal information to be used by Andersen. Before providing the candidate's personal information, the referrer must obtain their consent.
