Machine Learning Engineer in Tashkent

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer in Tashkent for a project developing an automated corporate lending platform with ML-based credit scoring and predictive analytics to improve lending efficiency.

Our customer is a large international technology organization operating in the digital infrastructure domain. It develops and maintains high-load platforms that process and manage significant volumes of data across multiple regions. The engineering landscape includes distributed systems, cloud-based environments, system integrations, and advanced security practices, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and continuous platform evolution.

The project is focused on developing an automated corporate lending platform for businesses and individual entrepreneurs. It includes implementing ML-based credit scoring, predictive analytics, and a decision engine while optimizing underwriting processes to improve credit risk assessment, accelerate loan approvals, and enhance lending efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deploying models to production, integrating them into the credit decisioning pipeline, and monitoring their performance.

Requirements

• Experience as a ML Engineer for 5+ years.
• Experience working with Spark and feature stores in a banking environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Python and MLOps.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML models, model versioning, and drift monitoring (e.g., MLflow).
• Experience deploying ML models as APIs or services and integrating them with decision engines.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
