Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Engineer (Pardot) to develop and optimize marketing automation solutions, enhance customer engagement, and support digital transformation for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Auditing and optimizing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) configuration.
• Supporting migration activities from Pardot Classic to Pardot Lightning.
• Configuring and optimizing User Sync between Salesforce and Pardot.
• Analyzing and improving Prospect → Lead → Contact lifecycle.
• Reviewing and optimizing Connected Campaigns setup.
• Designing and implementing Campaign hierarchy and Campaign Member automation.
• Auditing, redesigning, and configuring Automation Rules.
• Configuring and optimizing scoring and grading models.
• Implementing MQL → SQL qualification and handoff processes.
• Configuring and optimizing Lightning Email Builder templates.
• Troubleshooting Salesforce connector sync issues and integration problems.
• Improving reporting accuracy and attribution tracking.
• Participating in client meetings, workshops, and requirements discussions.
• Preparing recommendations, documentation, and implementation plans.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) for 3+ years.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with Connected Campaigns, Automation Rules, and Engagement Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Scoring & Grading, Lead Lifecycle Management, and Marketing Automation.
• Experience with Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards.
• Good understanding of Data Management and Data Quality.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Pardot Specialist certification.
• Experience as a Salesforce Consultant, particularly in CRM and marketing automation projects.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template development.
• Experience with B2B Marketing Analytics and Campaign Attribution Models.
