Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Developer (Certinia PSA) to develop and customize Salesforce solutions, optimize business processes, and support digital transformation for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, batch and asynchronous jobs.
• Supporting and enhancing Certinia PSA, including projects, assignments, schedules, timecards, milestones, staffing and billing-related processes.
• Investigating complex issues in a mature Salesforce org with significant legacy code and multiple automation layers.
• Designing and maintaining Salesforce automations using Apex, Flow, Custom Metadata and other declarative tools.
• Keeping business rules configurable where possible instead of hardcoding them.
• Working with Certinia's object model, validations, permissions and managed-package functionality.
• Developing and executing realistic test scenarios using Salesforce sandboxes and interconnected business data.
• Supporting Salesforce administration activities, including objects, fields, validation rules, permission sets, access management and Flows.
• Troubleshooting integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Supporting deployments and change management between Salesforce environments.
• Communicating directly with client stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Assessing technical feasibility, identifying dependencies and risks, and providing task estimates.
• Troubleshooting production and integration issues and propose sustainable solutions rather than isolated fixes.
• Documenting important technical decisions and implementing functionality.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex production environments for 3+ years.
• Strong Apex development experience, including classes, triggers, batch and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, object model, security and permissions.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
• Experience working with large or mature Salesforce orgs containing legacy code and multiple interacting automation mechanisms.
• Ability to analyze existing code and business logic before making changes.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Experience with sandbox-based development, testing and production deployments.
• Ability to independently investigate technically complex issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with technical and non-technical client stakeholders.
• Ability to gather requirements, estimate work and explain technical limitations or risks.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce PSA).
• Understanding of PSA concepts such as projects, assignments, schedules, resources, timecards, milestones, staffing and billing.
• Experience developing custom functionality around Certinia managed-package objects and APIs.
• Experience troubleshooting Certinia-specific permissions, validations and automation.
• Exposure to other Certinia modules, such as Accounting / FFA, GL / AR / AP, Revenue Recognition, ERP Core, Reporting, Banking / Bank Feeds, VAT / tax functionality.
• Experience working with Finance-related Salesforce processes.
• Experience with Boomi or similar middleware.
• Experience with SFTP-based integrations.
• Experience with financial or banking integrations.
• Familiarity with ISO 20022 / payment processing integrations.
• Experience with Aura components and migration from Aura to LWC.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator or Platform App Builder.
