Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Salesforce Delivery Manager to join its team.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Today, we are working with businesses from various parts of the world, including North America, Western Europe, Australia, and the UAE. Our expertise covers FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Logistics, Travel & Hospitality, eCommerce, and other industries.

Responsibilities

– Manage a portfolio of Salesforce projects (implementation, customization, integration, support) and act as the primary client contact for all resource and delivery matters.

– Ensure the smooth integration of Salesforce consultants, developers, and architects into client teams and consistent achievement of expected outcomes; run regular meetings to maintain alignment, transparency, and high satisfaction levels.

– Monitor delivery health across all Salesforce accounts (scope, timeline, budget, quality, adoption), proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they escalate into problems.

– Hold regular meetings with the Salesforce coordinators/administrators team, identify early signs of risk or disengagement, and collaborate with the resource management team on development, certification, and retention.

– Manage project economics: utilization, scope and timeline alignment, profitability; support renewals and upsells in collaboration with sales and account management.

– Handle escalations and mediate between clients and Salesforce specialists, ensuring prompt and fair resolution of issues (including conflicts around priorities, change requests, and release management).

– Identify opportunities for account growth (new Salesforce clouds, additional roles, scaling teams) and build long-term partnerships.

– Participate in presales when needed: understand client needs, match Salesforce profiles (certified administrators, developers, consultants, architects), and build a deal-closing strategy within planned timelines and expected profitability.

– Ensure full transparency: clear reporting, metrics, and status for clients and internal stakeholders (including Salesforce org health, backlog, and release readiness).

Requirements

– Experience in the IT industry, specifically in outsourcing / outstaffing / staff augmentation (vendor side).

– Hands-on experience with Salesforce projects (implementation, customization, integration, or support) — understanding of Salesforce clouds, licensing models, and the partner ecosystem.

– Proven track record of owning client relationships and delivery outcomes — not just coordinating tasks.

– Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

– Proactive approach, entrepreneurial streak, structured and systematic way of working, and a bias for transparency.

– Readiness to work until 19:00 CET to overlap with US East Coast clients.

– Readiness to travel to clients 1–2 times per year (Europe and/or Canada).

– English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level or higher.

Desired skills

– Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar).

– Experience with AI / Data projects on Salesforce (Einstein, Data Cloud, analytics).

– Domain experience in FinTech, Healthcare, or eCommerce.

– Experience working with US clients.
