Go Developer in Kazakhstan

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Go Developer in Kazakhstan for a project developing a banking backend platform and delivering scalable, reliable solutions for modern financial services.

The customer is a well-established financial institution providing a broad range of banking and financial services to individual and corporate clients. It combines an extensive service network with modern digital solutions, offering retail and business banking, payments, lending, and other financial products. The organization continues to invest in technology and service development to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and accessibility.

The project is focused on developing and enhancing a banking backend platform, integrating it with internal systems, and improving service automation, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Developing new functionality in Golang.
• Designing and evolving microservices.
• Integrating with Colvir, Center Factoring, and other internal services.
• Participating in architecture design.
• Analyzing and maintaining the existing solution built on the OMF platform.
• Conducting code reviews.
• Optimizing system performance.
• Collaborating with analysts and the frontend team.

Requirements

• Commercial software development experience of 3+ years.
• Excellent knowledge of Golang, with experience in building high-load microservices (REST/gRPC, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD).
• Hands-on experience with the OMF Framework (or a similar banking platform) is required to analyze the existing architecture, understand current services, and develop new functionality without disrupting existing business logic.
• Experience integrating with banking systems will be considered an advantage.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
