Azure Integration Specialist in Poland

Summary

Andersen is hiring an Azure Integration Specialist in Poland for a project delivering managed technology services and optimizing Microsoft-based IT environments.

The customer is an established technology services provider supporting organisations with IT operations, digital transformation, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services. The company works with customers across multiple industries, providing consulting, technology implementation, support, and optimisation services aimed at improving operational efficiency, security, and productivity.

The project is focused on delivering managed technology services and modern workplace solutions based on the Microsoft ecosystem. It aims to help organizations optimize their IT environments, improve productivity and collaboration, and maximize the value of their Microsoft technologies and investments.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (LogicApps, API Management, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Event Grid, etc.).
• Leading and contributing to a large-scale integration migration project, moving existing integrations onto Azure-native platforms.
• Developing robust, scalable integration components using .NET / C#.
• Collaborating with offshore developers in India to ensure consistent delivery standards and knowledge transfer.
• Working with UK-based stakeholders to align on architecture, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Troubleshooting, optimising, and supporting existing integration flows.
• Producing clear technical documentation for solutions delivered.
• Applying strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex integration challenges.

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (AIS) for 4+ years.
• Strong .NET / C# development experience.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, API design, and enterprise messaging.
• Experience working on integration migration projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability — candidates must be able to demonstrate clever, pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, multi-region teams (UK and India).
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with Boomi.
• Experience with MuleSoft.
• Experience with SnapLogic.
• Bachelor's Degree in Science (BSc) or equivalent.
