Product Manager

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Product Manager for a project developing a multi-asset crypto wallet and delivering secure, scalable digital asset solutions for a global trading platform.

The customer is an international financial services company delivering online trading solutions across a wide set of asset classes via in-house web and mobile systems. Active in many regulated markets, the organization is known for investing in modern technologies, high-quality client assistance, and educational tools for users within the digital trading ecosystem.

The project is focused on developing and integrating a multi-asset crypto wallet into an existing financial trading platform. It aims to enable clients to hold, deposit, withdraw, convert, and use cryptocurrencies alongside fiat currencies while leveraging third-party infrastructure to deliver a secure and scalable digital asset solution.

Responsibilities

• Owning the crypto wallet product from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Translating the crypto strategy into an executable roadmap, prioritized by business impact, regulatory obligations and platform reliability.
• Defining product features and scope for the MVP and next phases: supported assets and networks, deposit/withdrawal, conversion, fiat and crypto balance views, transfer to trading accounts.
• Designing user journeys and flows together with UX/UI: onboarding, wallet creation, KYC steps, transaction flows, notifications, error states.
• Driving vendor evaluation and selection (custody / wallet infrastructure, KYC/AML, blockchain analytics), including cost and scalability considerations.
• Working with Compliance and Legal to make sure the product meets AML/KYT, Travel Rule and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
• Defining user personas and segments for both existing traders and new crypto-native audiences.
• Managing the product backlog in an Agile setup, work closely with Business Analysts and Engineering on specifications and releases.
• Defining and tracking product KPIs after launch: adoption, transaction success rate, cost per transaction, client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Managemen for 5+ years, with at least 2 years on crypto, digital asset or Web3 products.
• Proven track record of launching a crypto wallet, crypto trading or crypto payments product to production.
• Good understanding of custody models (custodial, MPC, self-custody), supported assets and chains, network fees, stablecoins.
• Experience working with third-party crypto infrastructure providers and running vendor evaluation.
• Experience defining user journeys and flows and working closely with designers on the visual part of the product.
• Working knowledge of crypto regulatory requirements: AML/KYT, Travel Rule, MiCA Roadmap and backlog ownership, KPI-driven product decisions.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Background in Forex/CFD brokerage, trading platforms, neobank or exchange.
• Hands-on experience with Fireblocks, BitGo, Copper, Chainalysis or similar.
• Experience with fiat and crypto integration (multi-currency wallets, on/off-ramps, conversions).
• Experience in multi-jurisdiction regulated environments (CySEC, FCA, MiCA).
• Knowledge of tokenized assets (tokenized stocks, RWA) and crypto exchange products.
• Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA).
• Figma skills for prototyping.
