Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (.NET+React) in Abu Dhabi for a project delivering scalable digital solutions and supporting public-sector transformation.

The customer is a public-sector organization responsible for advancing digital innovation and modernizing services across multiple domains. It supports strategic initiatives in emerging technologies, collaborates with industry and research partners, and develops long-term technology frameworks for improving operational efficiency and service accessibility. The project is focused on supporting digital transformation initiatives in the UAE through the development and enhancement of modern digital solutions. It aims to improve social services, strengthen public engagement, support international relations, and optimize administrative processes through efficient and scalable technologies.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing modern, responsive web applications using Angular + React.js.
• Building reusable and maintainable UI components.
• Integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
• Optimizing application performance and user experience.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
• Implementing business requirements and application logic.
• Ensuring API security, reliability, and performance.
• Designing and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Creating and optimizing tables, views, stored procedures, and queries.
• Ensuring data integrity and database performance.
• Following coding standards and best practices.
• Developing and executing unit and integration tests.
• Troubleshooting and resolving software defects.
• Participating in deployment and releasing activities.

Requirements

• Professional software development experience for 5+ years.
• Strong experience in .NET Core and React.js.
• Strong experience in .NET Core, REST APIs, application deployment, and DevOps setup and configuration.
• Solid experience with Entity Framework Core.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, RBAC, OAuth).
• Experience troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing APIs.
• Good commercial experience with Angular (v14+).
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS.
• Experience with React Hooks and modern Angular features.
• Experience with state management approaches (Redux, NgRx, Context API or similar).
• Understanding of responsive web design and reusable UI component development.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience delivering enterprise web applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

• Experience in Angular and React Native/mobile development (React.js as the primary frontend technology).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, IIS, and related deployment environments.
• Experience with Azure services.
