Head of Performance Marketing

The IT company Andersen invites a Head of Performance Marketing to join the team.

Responsibilities

– Managing two teams: paid traffic (PPC) and SEO optimization. 

– Developing strategy and hypotheses for growing paid and organic search traffic. 

– Setting tasks for the PPC and SEO/GEO teams and monitoring goal achievement. 

– Analyzing ad account metrics and identifying growth points (lead drop, cost increase, traffic quality). 

– Managing advertising funnels: from campaign launch to generating qualified leads. 

– Working to improve key metrics: sales growth, lead cost, and lead quality. 

– Managing the advertising budget and allocating resources across channels. 

– Conducting competitive and market analysis. 

– Collaborating with the marketing team and management to defend strategy and achieve business goals.

Requirements

– Team management experience for at least 1 year. 

– Experience launching and running advertising campaigns with large budgets. 

– Experience launching advertising in B2B IT / SaaS / Tech. 

– Experience launching advertising funnels with long conversion cycles. 

– Understanding of SEO/GEO optimization. 

– Proficiency in tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, META, Power BI, CRM (Salesforce). 

– English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or higher. 

Desired skills

– Experience with display advertising to attract qualified leads.
