Summary

Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (.NET/Angular) for a project developing a scalable travel platform and integrating multiple suppliers into a unified digital ecosystem.

The customer is a technology-driven company in the travel sector, providing a comprehensive booking and procurement platform for industry professionals. Its solutions support large transaction volumes, integrate with a wide network of partners, and offer tools that streamline operations and enhance productivity. Focused on innovation and scalability, the customer continues to expand its ecosystem, strengthen partnerships, and improve data accuracy to deliver a modern digital infrastructure for the travel value chain.

The project is focused on developing a scalable travel platform that integrates multiple external suppliers and aggregator APIs into a unified ecosystem. It enables seamless availability, booking, and cancellation processes through reliable data mapping, normalization, and synchronization, ensuring efficient and high-performance travel product distribution.

The position assumes 13 to 21 CET work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Owning features end to end – from data model and API design through to the Angular UI that consumes them.
  • Designing and implementing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimizations to support high-performance data operations on the travel platform.
  • Architecting and developing event-driven solutions using .NET Core/Framework, including message queues, event sourcing, and asynchronous processing patterns.
  • Working with both SQL Server and MongoDB to design efficient data models and queries that handle complex travel domain requirements.
  • Building and maintaining responsive, maintainable front-end applications in Angular (v12+), using RxJS for reactive state and data flows, reactive forms, and a modular component architecture.
  • Working with PM/PO and architects to estimate, plan, test, integrate, and deliver complex, scalable software.
  • Implementing Redis caching strategies (e.g. cache-aside, write-through, TTL management) to reduce database load, improve API response times, and handle high read throughput for frequently accessed travel data.
  • Using Claude Code as part of your daily workflow.

Requirements

  • Commercial full-stack development experience across .NET and Angular (v12+) for 2+ years.
  • Solid command of the Microsoft .NET technology stack, including .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Strong Angular (v12+) and RxJS skills.
  • Expertise in complex SQL Server queries (JOINs, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning).
  • Solid experience with MongoDB (aggregation pipelines, indexing, schema design).
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers (RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus).
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core and ORM performance implications.
  • Proven experience with legacy codebases and microservices migration.
  • Hands-on experience with Redis caching strategies (cache-aside, write-through, TTL).
  • Working knowledge of Claude Code.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience in the travel industry or with booking/reservation systems.
  • Experience building SPAs, specifically with Blazor.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
  • Exposure to version control software (GitHub preferred).
