Salesforce Architect in the EU

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Architect in the EU for a project designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for a major energy infrastructure company.

Our customer is an electricity transmission system operator responsible for the reliable and secure operation of high-voltage power infrastructure. It invests in grid modernization, digitalization, cybersecurity, and the integration of renewable energy sources. Its long-term strategy focuses on strengthening network resilience, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the transition toward a more sustainable energy system.

The project is focused on delivering new Salesforce solutions for a major energy infrastructure company. It covers the full development lifecycle, including delivery governance, stakeholder coordination, resource management, quality assurance, and successful implementation of Salesforce initiatives aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Defining and designing target architectures.
• Designing Salesforce solution architectures.
• Designing integration architectures.
• Designing data architectures.
• Designing security architectures.
• Defining authorization concepts and access management models.
• Ensuring solution scalability.
• Conducting technical reviews.
• Definin and supporting CI/CD approaches.
• Establishing and supporting governance activities.
• Creating and reviewing architecture designs.

Requirements

• Experience as a Salesforce Certified Architect for 2+ years.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
• Proven practical experience exceeding the minimum required architect experience.
• Experience in Solution Architecture.
• Experience in Integration Architecture.
• Experience in Data Architecture.
• Experience in Security Architecture.
• Experience with authorization concepts and access management.
• Experience designing scalable solutions.
• Experience conducting technical reviews.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with governance.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate or above.
