Summary

Andersen is hiring an iOS Developer to build an end-to-end vehicle branding management platform for a global investment management company, automating workflows and digital operations.

The customer is a global investment management firm providing tailored investment solutions to institutional and private clients. It combines financial expertise with long-term investment strategies to help clients achieve their objectives while adapting to changing market conditions. The organization focuses on innovation, responsible investing, and operational excellence, continuously enhancing its capabilities to deliver sustainable value and support long-term growth.

The project is focused on developing an end-to-end vehicle branding management platform. It automates branding agency coordination, driver verification, compliance checks, payment tracking, and vehicle/driver classification workflows across the full branding lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining iOS application features using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on feature design, system architecture, and A/B experiments.
• Participating in agile practices: sprint planning, task decomposition, and demos.
• Identifying and fixing bugs, performance bottlenecks, offline-storage, and threading issues using Xcode Instruments and network-debugging tools (e.g., Proxyman).
• Ensuring code quality through unit testing and pull-request practices that meet community-defined coding standards.

Requirements

• Experience of commercial iOS application development for 2+ years.
• Strong knowledge of iOS SDK, Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and key iOS frameworks; experience with Alamofire and SnapKit.
• Experience with offline storage, multithreading, and modern concurrency (async/await, GCD).
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs; experience with network debugging tools (Proxyman).
• Understanding of Clean Architecture and common architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVP) with the ability to apply them in practice.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of App Store Review Guidelines.
• Base knowledge in Computer Science fundamentals.
• Git proficiency (branches, PRs, responding to code reviews).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and code quality tooling.
• Ability to write maintainable, testable code with solid unit and snapshot test coverage.
• Experience with collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with design handoff tools (Figma).
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Experience working with design systems and component libraries in SwiftUI/UIKit.
• Experience with feature flags and A/B experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with Swift Package Manager and third-party library integration.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate coding and testing workflows.
