Summary

Andersen is hiring a Solution Architect in Tashkent for a project developing an automated corporate lending platform with ML-based credit scoring, predictive analytics, and scalable architecture.

Our customer is a large international technology organization operating in the digital infrastructure domain. It develops and maintains high-load platforms that process and manage significant volumes of data across multiple regions. The engineering landscape includes distributed systems, cloud-based environments, system integrations, and advanced security practices, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and continuous platform evolution.

The project is focused on developing an automated corporate lending platform for businesses and individual entrepreneurs. It includes implementing ML-based credit scoring, predictive analytics, and a decision engine while optimizing underwriting processes to improve credit risk assessment, accelerate loan approvals, and enhance lending efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing the architecture of a credit decisioning system and risk engineering.

Requirements

• Experience as a Solution Architect for 5+ years.
• Experience in designing lending systems, including Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and decision/rule engines.
• Microservices architecture, API and message bus integrations, and event-driven architecture.
• Kubernetes and containerization, aligned with the bank’s existing technology stack.
• Integration of machine learning (ML) models into decision-making processes.
• Integration with Core Banking Systems (CBS) and external data sources, including credit bureaus and other third-party providers.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Knowledge of off-the-shelf Loan Origination System (LOS) solutions.
