Responsibilities

– End-to-end website development: strategy, structure, launching new pages and landing pages, SEO/GEO, growing organic traffic and conversions.

– Organizing web development and content publishing processes, supporting advertising campaigns.

– Managing the team of SEO specialists, web developers, and other web-direction participants.

Requirements

– 5+ years of experience in web / digital marketing.

– Successful cases of building or scaling websites.

– Understanding of SEO, paid traffic, CRO, web analytics, and CMS.

– Experience managing cross-functional teams.

– English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level or higher.

Desired skills

– Experience in international SEO/GEO, managing distributed teams, and developing websites with a measurable contribution to B2B pipeline.
