Dual-write Specialist in the EU

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Dual-write Specialist in the EU for a project enhancing digital solutions and supporting efficient real estate portfolio management across Europe.

The customer is a prominent international company specializing in real estate investments and development, focusing on commercial properties like shopping centers. Operating across Central and Eastern Europe, it is known for strategic acquisitions, expansion, and innovation in property management. The company uses advanced technologies to optimize operations and enhance customer experiences, ensuring long-term value across its assets.

The project is focused on supporting digital solutions for a leading European real estate investment company specializing in shopping centers. It aims to improve the acquisition, development, and management of a large commercial property portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities

• Auditing the current Dual Write setup across all environments.
• Reviewing environment linking and connection-set configuration.
• Analyzing table mappings, synchronization health, and error handling.
• Identifying risks, issues, anti-patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Recommending target architecture and operating model.
• Designing deployment and release processes across environments.
• Implementing configuration improvements and remediation actions.
• Establishing monitoring, support, and recovery procedures.
• Producing architecture documentation and operational runbooks.
• Training administrators and deployment teams on ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience in backend development for 5+ years.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong experience with Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Dual Write.
• Experience designing and maintaining integrations between F&O and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 environment management (Dev/UAT/Prod).
• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
• Experience with data mapping, synchronization, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of security models, service accounts, and app registrations.
• Experience with architecture reviews and technical assessments.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE data model (Accounts, Opportunities, etc.).
• Experience with Power Platform governance.
• Experience with custom applications built on Dataverse.
• Experience working with ISV solutions and custom table mappings.
• Flex Property experience.
• Knowledge of Azure integrations and identity management.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.
• Previous consulting, architecture, or advisory experience.
