Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Sales Development Representative to join the team.

Responsibilities

– Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

– Supporting sales and lead generation: timely intake, validation, qualification, and routing of outbound leads.

– Coordinating a pool of 5–9 lead generation specialists assigned to a Sales Manager.

– Managing Sales Managers’ calendars, including meeting scheduling and travel coordination.

– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date lead, contact, and opportunity records in Salesforce.

– Supporting client engagement: coordinating follow-ups, documenting communications, tracking pipeline progression, and ensuring data consistency across accounts and opportunities.

– Assisting Sales Managers in preparing draft commercial proposals, estimates, presentations, and other supporting documentation.

– Coordinating the preparation, review, and management of contractual documentation.

– Supporting the invoicing process and coordinating travel arrangements related to sales activities.

– Coordinating internal communication between Sales, Finance, Legal, and other departments.

– Handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely responses and resolution.

– Ensuring the timely preparation and submission of estimates, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.

– Maintaining sales reports and supporting pipeline reviews and forecasting.

– Supporting the smooth handover of projects from Sales to Account Management.

– Participating in maintaining and improving sales processes, documentation, and CRM data quality.

– Ensuring compliance with internal sales procedures and documentation standards.

Requirements

– 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, sales administration, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the IT sector.

– Understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, lead qualification, pipeline management, proposal preparation, contracting, invoicing, and handover to Account Management.

– Experience supporting Sales Managers or Account Executives in day-to-day sales and administrative operations.

– Experience coordinating or supporting lead generation teams.

– Hands-on experience with Salesforce or another CRM system, with a strong understanding of maintaining accurate lead, contact, account, and opportunity data.

– Experience managing sales documentation: commercial proposals, presentations, contracts, invoices, tenders, and related materials.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills: ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, follow-ups, and requests simultaneously.

– High attention to detail and accuracy when working with CRM data, documentation, reports, and contractual information.

– Experience preparing sales reports and supporting pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with customers, Sales, Finance, Legal, Account Management, and other internal stakeholders.

– Customer-service mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.

– Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, anticipate the needs of Sales Managers, and proactively follow up on outstanding items.

– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment.

– English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level or higher.

Desired skills

– Experience with Salesforce, 1C, Figma, dashboards, or similar business tools.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

– Knowledge of additional languages.
