Responsibilities

– Developing and implementing an SEO strategy for the corporate website with a focus on organic traffic, conversions, and qualified leads.

– Conducting technical and SEO audits, identifying growth opportunities, and building optimization roadmaps.

– Managing on-page and internal SEO optimization across the entire website.

– Managing keyword research, search demand analysis, site structure, query clustering, and page targeting.

– Optimizing titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structure, schema markup, and other on-page SEO elements.

– Defining technical SEO requirements and tasks for development teams.

– Monitoring indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and leads.

– Defining SEO requirements for articles, landing pages, case studies, research, whitepapers, and other company content.

– Developing Generative Engine Optimization as a separate organic growth track.

– Analyzing how the company, its services, expertise, and content are represented in AI-generated answers and generative search.

– Optimizing content to increase the likelihood of being mentioned, cited, or displayed in AI systems.

– Testing new approaches to GEO, AI search optimization, and LLM discovery.

– Developing off-page SEO and the company’s link building strategy.

– Managing a team of link building specialists: building processes, defining goals and KPIs, monitoring execution and quality.

– Analyzing the company’s and competitors’ link profiles, developing new channels for acquiring relevant, high-quality links.

Requirements

– Hands-on experience growing corporate or large commercial websites through SEO.

– Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and off-page SEO.

– Deep understanding of search engines, indexing, crawling, ranking factors, and search intent.

– Experience optimizing websites, landing pages, keyword research, and clustering.

– Experience optimizing articles, research, whitepapers, landing pages, and other content.

– Hands-on link building experience and managing link building specialists/contractors.

– Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and professional SEO platforms.

– Ability to analyze SEO metrics, conversions, and impact on lead generation.

– Understanding of modern Generative Engine Optimization principles and AI search.

– Ability to independently develop hypotheses, test them, and take responsibility for results.

– English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Desired skills

– Proven track record of successful promotion in AI.

– Hands-on GEO experience, visibility in AI-generated answers and generative search, use of AI/LLM tools for SEO.

– Experience in B2B/IT SEO and international SEO, including structured data and schema markup.

– Managing an SEO team or link building/Digital PR team.

– Focus on MQL, SQL, and business metrics.
