Delivery Manager

The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Delivery Manager to become a part of a successful team.

Responsibilities

– Own a portfolio of staff-augmentation engagements and be the client's main point of contact for all resource and delivery topics.

– Make sure our specialists integrate smoothly into client teams and consistently deliver to expectations; run regular syncs to keep alignment, transparency, and satisfaction high.

– Track delivery health across your accounts, proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they become problems.

– Hold regular check-ins with the team of project coordinators, spot early signs of risks or disengagement, and partner with our resource management team on development and retention.

– Manage engagement economics — utilization, scope/timeline alignment, and profitability — and support renewals in coordination with sales and account management.

– Handle escalations and mediate between clients and specialists, resolving issues quickly and fairly.

– Identify opportunities to grow accounts (new roles, scaling teams) and drive long-term partnerships.

– Support presales where needed — understanding client needs, matching profiles, and building the strategy around closing deals within planned timeline and expected profitability.

– Keep everything transparent: clear reporting, metrics, and status for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

– Experience in the IT industry, specifically in outsourcing / outstaffing / staff augmentation (vendor side).

– A track record of owning client relationships and delivery outcomes — not just coordinating tasks.

– Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

– An ownership mindset with an entrepreneurial streak, a structured/systematic way of working, and a bias for transparency.

– Readiness to work until 19:00 CET to overlap with US East Coast clients.

– Readiness to travel to clients 1–2 times per year (Europe and/or Canada).

– English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Desired skills

– Experience delivering AI / Data projects (AI/ML, data platforms, analytics).

– Domain experience in FinTech, Healthcare, or eCommerce.

– Prior experience working with US clients.
