Junior Business/System Analyst

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Junior Business/System Analyst for a project developing a scalable B2B web portal and streamlining digital business processes.

The project is focused on developing and enhancing a B2B web portal that enables businesses to efficiently access services, manage interactions, and perform key operations online. It aims to provide a scalable, reliable, and user-friendly digital platform that streamlines business processes and improves the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Working with Confluence and Jira.
• Writing User Stories.
• Writing Use Cases in Confluence.
• Communication with PO.
• Communication with business.
• Working with OpenAPI spec (reading and understanding).

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst for 6+ months.
• OpenAPI specification.
• Documentation in Confluence.
• Task and requirements tracking in Jira.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
