Junior Event Manager

Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Junior Event Manager to join the team.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

– Receiving the brief and transforming it into ready assets: landing pages, promo posts, descriptions.

– Adapting the message for different channels and regions without distorting the brief.

– Maintaining promotional honesty: not promising cases or materials that are not in the brief.

– Setting tasks for the outreach team and monitoring timely distribution to relevant segments.

– Working with lead generation: monitoring touchpoints and collecting feedback.

– Coordinating LinkedIn posts and, if necessary, launching ads (budget, timelines) with contractors.

– Coordinating speakers: requests, confirmations, timing, dry runs.

– Setting up the webinar platform, registrations, and YouTube gate (open access / form-based access).

– Handling offline event logistics: venue, invitations, participants.

– Managing the event task board: statuses, deadlines.

– Post-event analytics: registrations, attendance, planned vs actual.

– Passing results to lead generation/sales and conducting post-event reviews.

Requirements

– Experience in event coordination, webinars, or project/marketing coordination in B2B (preferably in IT, tech, or consulting) for at least 1 year.

– Experience building promo pages (website builders / CMS).

– Experience with webinar platforms.

– English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or higher.

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills: managing several events simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Desired skills

– Understanding of B2B IT dynamics (who registers, who we target, what we sell) to effectively brief the team.

– Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, ability to calculate advertising budgets.
