Full Stack Developer (Java/React)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (Java/React) with Greek for a project developing scalable telecommunications solutions and enhancing digital services for millions of users.

Our customer is a telecommunications provider operating in the European market, offering mobile and fixed connectivity, broadband internet, and digital services for both individual and business clients. The company focuses on infrastructure development, modern network technologies, and improving customer experience through digital channels, while leveraging international expertise to enhance service quality and efficiency.

The project is focused on developing and enhancing integrated telecommunications solutions for mobile, fixed-line, broadband, and TV services. It aims to deliver scalable digital products and seamless connectivity for both individual and business customers while continuously improving the quality and reliability of telecommunications services.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development team with daily development tasks and assigned tickets.
• Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues in a timely manner.
• Developing, customizing, and maintaining software applications and internal systems.
• Assisting with bug fixes, enhancements, and new feature implementations.
• Collaborating with team members to analyze business and technical requirements.
• Participating in code reviews and following development best practices.
• Monitoring and maintaining software applications to ensure stability and performance.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing CRM systems and internal tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on software development experience for 1+ years.
• Strong knowledge of Java and React.
• Experience working with MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Experience using Jira for task management.
• Familiarity with Git (GitLab and GitLab CI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support fellow developers.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Level of Greek – Native.

Desired skills

• Experience with Continuous Delivery (CD).
• Experience with Docker containers.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic or PHP.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
