Andersen is hiring a Fullstack QA Engineer for a project enhancing software quality and testing practices across a large international banking environment.

The project is focused on enhancing software testing and quality assurance practices across a large international banking group. It supports the Testing Center of Excellence in establishing testing standards, improving QA processes, and ensuring consistent software quality across development teams.
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites across API (REST Assured), web UI (Selenide), and mobile (Appium) layers.
- Performing manual testing where required, including mobile-specific scenarios (responsiveness, permissions, OS/version coverage, lifecycle testing).
- Analyzing application logs to identify, localize, and help troubleshoot defects.
- Representing and enforcing testing principles within the assigned development team, contributing to the team's overall quality assurance mindset.
- Contributing to accessibility (A11Y) testing efforts where applicable.
- Conducting performance/load testing using JMeter and provide optimization recommendations based on results.
Requirements
- Experience in QA Engineering for 4+ years.
- Experience with Java, including object-oriented design; hands-on experience building test automation frameworks, writing clean and reusable code, and using JUnit, TestNG, Maven/Gradle.
- Experience with REST Assured for automated REST API testing, including HTTP methods, status codes, JSON structures, authentication mechanisms, and writing parameterized API test cases.
- Experience with Selenide for automated UI testing of web applications, including the Page Object Model and integration with JUnit/TestNG.
- Experience with Appium for automated mobile testing (Android/iOS), including emulators/simulators, native and hybrid apps, and CI/CD integration.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, SoapUI, or similar), including reading API specifications and independently building test collections.
- Experience with log analysis and independently identifying or localizing defects from logs
- Experience with mobile testing, including responsiveness, permissions handling, screen size/OS version coverage, and application lifecycle testing.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- ISTQB, AWS, Oracle, Microsoft certifications.
- Hands-on experience with accessibility (A11Y) testing, including understanding of inclusive design principles, WCAG Level A requirements, and practical use of accessibility tools such as TalkBack, VoiceOver, NVDA, or JAWS.
- Hands-on experience with performance and load testing using JMeter, including Thread Groups, Samplers, Listeners, and Assertions; ability to load-test APIs, databases, and web applications, analyze results, and provide optimization recommendations.
