Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end delivery of software implementation and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading cross-functional and distributed teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and DevOps specialists.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinating implementation and integration of enterprise solutions, APIs, and third-party systems within financial and digital platforms.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory frameworks while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Tracking project performance, resource utilization, and key delivery metrics, driving continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in project management for 3+ years.
- Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, resolve blockers, and drive projects toward successful delivery.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
- Level of Spanish – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Project Management certifications such as SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- French language proficiency.
