The project is focused on a large-scale digital transformation for a leading US insurance company. It involves delivering complex technical solutions through close collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, architects, and QA, with a strong focus on Agile delivery and requirements alignment.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end delivery of complex technology and digital transformation initiatives within an Agile environment.
- Owning delivery planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Partnering closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Engineering Leads, Architects, and other senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and PI/quarterly planning where applicable.
- Establishing and tracking delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and budgets.
- Proactively identifying delivery risks and blockers, driving mitigation plans, and escalating critical issues when required.
- Ensuring effective dependency management across teams and third-party vendors.
- Monitoring delivery KPIs, team performance, velocity, capacity, and overall project health.
- Driving continuous improvement of Agile delivery practices, processes, and ways of working.
- Supporting teams in adopting Agile principles and maintaining a strong culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Providing clear and regular status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope and budget, while meeting quality and compliance expectations.
- Working effectively within a highly regulated insurance environment, ensuring appropriate governance and adherence to organizational standards.
Requirements
