Certinia Functional Consultant (PSA)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Certinia Functional Consultant (PSA) for a project delivering enterprise transformation solutions and optimizing business processes through digital technologies.

The customer is a global professional services organization with operations across multiple regions and a large international network of specialists. The company helps businesses address complex challenges, optimize operations, and support long-term growth through consulting, advisory, and transformation services. By combining industry expertise with modern technologies and data-driven approaches, it enables organizations to improve performance and adapt to evolving business needs.

The project is focused on delivering consulting and business transformation services for a large enterprise organization. It involves analyzing business processes, designing and implementing technology-driven solutions, and supporting digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, optimize performance, and enable sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Designing and configuring Certinia PSA solutions aligned with business needs.
• Leading solution design sessions and recommend best practices.
• Configuring PSA modules including Resource Management, Staffing, Capacity Planning, Project Management, Time & Expense, Utilization, and Project Financials.
• Collaborating with Salesforce Developers during solution implementation.
• Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live activities.
• Providing functional guidance and recommending process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing Certinia (FinancialForce) solutions for 4+ years.
• Strong knowledge of Certinia PSA.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform.
• Experience in business process analysis and solution design.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certifications.
• Experience working with global enterprise clients.
