Full Stack Developer (React+Node) in the EU

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (React+Node) in the EU for a project developing a digital healthcare platform and building secure, scalable telemedicine solutions.

The customer is a European digital healthcare company providing technology-enabled medical services through an online platform. The organization develops solutions that improve access to healthcare by offering remote patient services, digital care delivery, and preventive health programs. It focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and user-centric healthcare solutions while supporting the digital transformation of healthcare services.

The project is focused on developing and enhancing a digital healthcare platform that enables secure online medical consultations, remote prescriptions, and digital patient services. It aims to improve access to healthcare through convenient, reliable, and user-friendly telemedicine solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, testing, and delivering new frontend medical services using React and Angular.
• Maintaining, enhancing, and optimising existing services to reflect clinical innovation, regulatory change, and new medicines entering the market.
• Working within a microservices‑based architecture, following best‑practice software design principles (SOLID, ACID, object‑oriented design).
• Applying modern development standards to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders, balancing business constraints with technical quality to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Contributing to continuous delivery by ensuring each development increment delivers clear business value.
• Participating actively in team discussions, sharing ideas, asking thoughtful questions, and supporting team problem‑solving.
• Engaging with cutting‑edge technologies (including clinical algorithms and cloud platforms such as GCP) to improve patient outcomes.
• Supporting a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to delivery, communication, and shared goals.

Requirements

• Experience working with React for 3+ years.
• Familiarity in microservice architecture.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Node, NPM.
• React experience in a full stack implementation context.
• Transform UX designs into react components.
• Experience with cloud environments such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Software Development best practice such as SOLID, ACID and OO design principles.
• Working within an Agile environment.
• Understanding of DevOps working with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with Angular.
• Previous development/integration experience with Java & GoLang.
• Writing integration tests (such as Cypress) and understanding behaviour-driven development (BDD) principles.
• Experience integrating with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Understanding of CI/CD methodologies, GitHub Actions, etc.
