Summary

Andersen is hiring a Go Developer in Almaty for a project integrating AI agents into a banking chatbot, automating user interactions, and ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.

The customer is one of Kazakhstan’s leading commercial banks. Serving over 3 million retail and corporate clients, it operates a nationwide network of branches and service outlets. The bank offers a comprehensive portfolio of financial services, including loans, cards, deposits, investment solutions, and digital banking tools. Systemically important within Kazakhstan’s financial sector, the customer continues to expand access to global markets and promote ESG initiatives.

The project is focused on developing and integrating AI agents within the Aibek chatbot, including integration with the C2D system. It aims to enhance chatbot functionality, automate user interactions, and support efficient data exchange between connected systems.

Responsibilities

• Developing new functionality to replace the legacy C2D integration.
• Implementing real-time messaging (WebSocket) between the application and the chatbot.
• Integrating with Chat2Desk to enable seamless switching between the AI agent and a human operator.
• Storing conversation history (24-hour cache + shared database).
• Transferring customer data and conversation context to the operator.
• Sending push notifications for new messages.
• Integrating with the AI Agent Consent Management Service.
• Documenting code and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Go Developer for 3+ years.
• Experience working with WebSockets and real-time communication.
• Experience integrating with external systems (API Gateway).
• Understanding of chatbot and customer support systems (Chat2Desk).
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience creating test documentation (checklists, bug reports).
• Ability to break down complex tasks and justify architectural decisions.
• English level – from Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience in fintech or the banking sector (Retail Banking).
• Experience working with high-load systems.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience in incident management and system monitoring.
