Andersen is hiring a Low-Code Developer with German for a project modernizing a regulatory software platform and enhancing digital capabilities through scalable low-code solutions.

Our customer operates at the intersection of environmental services, scientific expertise, and technology, helping organizations address complex operational and sustainability challenges. Its activities include environmental monitoring, research, and data analysis, with a focus on delivering reliable information to support informed decision-making. Modern digital solutions and effective data management practices contribute to improving service quality, accessibility, and operational efficiency.

The project is focused on modernizing and consolidating a custom software platform used by a trade supervisory authority. It includes completing the target system, migrating existing modules, decommissioning redundant systems, and providing ongoing operational support. The project also explores future AI and low-code capabilities while maintaining a secure on-premises infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Developing frontend and backend with low-code technology.
• Integrating with the existing ISGA-Portal (Keycloak SSO, Oracle DB, REST interfaces).
• Contributing to conception work on LowCode use cases, which the client and contractor define together during the contract term.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with at least one of: Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, Pegasystems, SAP (low-code / BTP), ServiceNow.
• Mendix preferred: the client prefers German or EU solutions and names Mendix explicitly.
• On-premises deployment of the low-code platform (no cloud without the client's consent).
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
• Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Mendix certification (Advanced or Expert).
• Java (Mendix Java actions) and integration via REST.
