Summary

Andersen is hiring a Frontend Developer (React) with German for a project developing a modern HR management platform and enhancing its web capabilities and user experience.

Our customer is an established technology provider developing cloud-based software solutions that help organizations manage and optimize workforce-related processes. Its platform brings together automation, data management, analytics, and digital workflows to simplify everyday operations and reduce administrative effort. The project is focused on developing and enhancing a comprehensive HR management platform that enables companies to manage administrative and strategic HR processes digitally and efficiently. It aims to deliver an intuitive and reliable user experience for HR teams, managers, and employees while continuously improving the platform’s web capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing the frontend of a central HR solution.
• Building and maintaining modern, user-friendly web interfaces and frontend functionality.
• Collaborating closely with the Scrum team to continuously improve the product and maximize value for users.
• Contributing to frontend technology decisions and ensuring the quality, maintainability, and performance of the web application.
• Participating in Scrum ceremonies, technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Professional experience in frontend development for 2+ years.
• Proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with React Hook Form and TanStack Query (React Query).
• A team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for building high-quality software solutions.
• A passion for sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and empowering other team members.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
• Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Knowledge of Material UI or other component libraries.
