Andersen is hiring an AI Engineer in the USA for a project delivering scalable technology solutions and supporting digital innovation for manufacturing organizations.

The customer is a large international organization operating across multiple markets and industries. It provides a broad range of business and technology-related services, supporting enterprise clients in improving operations, adopting modern solutions, and addressing evolving business needs.

The project is focused on delivering technology solutions for manufacturing clients across various industry initiatives. It aims to support the development, implementation, and enhancement of reliable and scalable solutions tailored to the operational and business needs of manufacturing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Developing Agentic AI applications with autonomous planning, reasoning, and tool usage.
• Designing and implementing multi-agent orchestration frameworks where multiple AI agents collaborate to execute complex workflows.
• Deploying and managing AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure App Service.
• Building APIs and backend services using Python.
• Collaborating with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in AI Engineering for 5+ years.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure Key Vault.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
