Product Owner (EU)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Product Owner in the EU for a project developing a customer-facing digital application and improving product delivery through effective requirements management.

The customer is a global technology organization delivering digital products and business solutions to customers across multiple industries and markets. The company focuses on helping organizations improve operational effectiveness, optimize processes, and support business growth through the use of modern technologies, data-driven approaches, and scalable platforms. The project is focused on developing a customer-facing digital application that enables users to manage their assets, access reports, submit support requests, and interact with related services. It aims to improve product structure, delivery efficiency, and stakeholder alignment through effective requirements management and product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Owning and managing the product backlog, priorities, and roadmap.
• Driving product delivery from requirements through release.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and aligning business needs with team capabilities.
• Working closely with development, design, and other stakeholders across mobile and web streams.
• Coordinating the transition from legacy web/mobile applications to a unified solution.
• Managing dependencies and integrations with other platforms and systems.
• Helping teams identify and remove blockers and improve delivery processes.
• Bringing structure and clarity to requirements in a complex and changing environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in software development projects for 5+ years.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering web and mobile applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience working in complex organizational environments with multiple teams and competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of product delivery lifecycle, agile methodologies, and backlog management.
• Ability to establish clear direction in situations with ambiguity and changing requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to quickly understand new business domains and technical landscapes.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with digital transformation or platform modernization initiatives.
• Experience leading consolidation of multiple products into a single platform.
• Background in asset management, energy, industrial, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience working with distributed international teams.
