Frontend Developer (React)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Frontend Developer (React) for a project developing scalable probate and estate management solutions with automated data processing and compliance support.

Our customer is a privately held organization that provides specialized business solutions and technology-enabled services to clients across various industries. It supports organizations by improving operational processes, managing complex workflows, and delivering data-driven services designed to enhance efficiency, compliance, and business performance. Through a combination of industry expertise, proprietary technologies, and tailored service models, the company helps clients address operational challenges and optimize their internal processes.

The project is focused on providing probate and estate collection solutions that help organizations manage deceased and court-supervised accounts. It leverages proprietary technologies and nationwide probate data to automate date-of-death verification, estate identification, and accurate estate matching at scale while supporting compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining frontend features using React.
• Owning the quality of delivered work through thorough self-testing.
• Working effectively with limited or incomplete documentation by analyzing the existing codebase and understanding intended behavior.
• Using AI-assisted development tools, including Cursor, as part of the daily development workflow.
• Working with CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and maintaining quality gates with SonarQube.
• Collaborating closely with the Tech Lead during US business hours.

Requirements

• Solid commercial experience with React for 3+ years.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and SonarQube (or close equivalents).
• Practical experience with AI coding assistants (Cursor or similar).
• Experience testing and validating your own code.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and minimal documentation.
• Ability to work US working hours (8:00–17:00 US time).
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with .NET or other backend technologies, enabling full-stack development.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services.
