Chief Marketing Officer

Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Chief Marketing Officer to join the team.

Responsibilities

– Building and managing marketing teams: hiring, development, goal setting.

– Managing the full marketing mix: B2B marketing, digital, performance, content, PR, events.

– Planning and controlling the marketing budget, evaluating investment effectiveness.

– Conducting market research and competitive analysis in target regions to identify growth opportunities.

– Close collaboration with sales and regional teams to align marketing and business strategies.

– Building lead generation and sales funnel processes.

– Regular reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors on key marketing metrics.

– Managing external vendors and agencies.

Requirements

– Higher technical, engineering, or mathematical education.

– 5+ years of experience in marketing.

– Experience in B2B marketing in a leadership role.

– Proven experience with international markets.

– Experience building a marketing strategy and team from scratch or scaling an existing function.

– Data-driven approach: strong marketing analytics skills, experience with CRM and BI tools.

– Strong leadership and communication skills, experience managing distributed teams.

– Strategic thinking combined with a willingness to dive into operational details.

– English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Desired skills

– Experience in an IT/tech company or a high-growth environment.

– Experience bringing a product or brand to a new market (market entry).

– Experience working with regulatory and currency constraints in emerging markets.

– Experience building employer branding across different regions.
