Scrum Master

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Scrum Master for a project delivering secure SSO capabilities and driving Agile collaboration across distributed engineering teams.

The customer is an established company providing technology-driven solutions and professional services to support complex business operations. It works with organizations across various industries, helping them improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support long-term growth. The company combines technical expertise, system integration capabilities, and ongoing customer support to deliver solutions tailored to individual business requirements.

The project is focused on delivering a new Single Sign-On (SSO) capability integrated with the existing authentication architecture. It includes coordinating Agile delivery across distributed engineering teams to ensure secure, seamless, and reliable user authentication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and demos.
• Maintaining Jira backlog, boards, workflows, and story tracking.
• Coordinating communication between Andersen and DMW&H engineering teams.
• Escalating blockers early and keeping development progressing.
• Acting as the primary coordination point to maintain transparency and delivery momentum.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master from 3+ years.
• Strong Jira knowledge (backlog management, sprint planning, boards, workflows, story tracking)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies across distributed engineering teams
• Comfortable coordinating with developers, Product Owner, and Director of Software Engineering
• Ability to proactively identify blockers and drive follow-up actions
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience supporting software product development teams.
• Background working with (.NET) engineering teams.
• Warehouse automation or industrial software experience.
