Go Developer (Kazakhstan)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Go Developer in Kazakhstan for a project developing a banking backend platform and delivering scalable, reliable solutions for modern financial services.

The customer is a well-established financial institution providing a broad range of banking and financial services to individual and corporate clients. It combines an extensive service network with modern digital solutions, offering retail and business banking, payments, lending, and other financial products. The organization continues to invest in technology and service development to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and accessibility.

The project is focused on developing and enhancing a banking backend platform, integrating it with internal systems, and improving service automation, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Developing new functionality in Golang.
• Designing and evolving microservices.
• Integrating with Colvir, Center Factoring, and other internal services.
• Participating in architecture design.
• Analyzing and maintaining the existing solution built on the OMF platform.
• Conducting code reviews.
• Optimizing system performance.
• Collaborating with analysts and the frontend team.

Requirements

• Higher technical education.
• Commercial software development experience for 3+ years, including 2+ years with Golang.
• Experience with the OMF Framework or a similar banking platform, including analyzing and maintaining the existing architecture and developing new functionality.
• Experience building high-load microservices.
• Experience designing and developing REST/gRPC APIs.
• Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
• Ability to quickly understand an existing codebase and architecture while preserving current business logic as the system evolves.
• Experience designing and implementing integration solutions.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
