NetSuite Functional Consultant

Summary

Andersen is hiring a NetSuite Functional Consultant for a project migrating and optimizing a NetSuite ERP platform while improving business processes and system efficiency.

The customer is a company that provides technology-enabled operational solutions designed to help organizations improve efficiency, optimize business processes, and support sustainable growth. It works with businesses across various industries, delivering integrated services that enhance operational performance, simplify complex workflows, and enable organizations to adapt to evolving business needs.

The project is focused on migrating, configuring, and optimizing a new NetSuite ERP environment. It includes system integrations, customization assessment, and technical validation to ensure a smooth migration and alignment with NetSuite best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing current business processes and NetSuite configuration.
• Conducting functional walkthrough sessions with client teams.
• Mapping BRD requirements to NetSuite capabilities.
• Identifying gaps, improvements, customization replacement opportunities.
• Configuring and validating NetSuite modules.
• Supporting migration validation activities.
• Preparing functional documentation.
• Supporting UAT preparation and execution.
• Defining acceptance criteria.
• Supporting Change Request evaluation.
• Guiding client on NetSuite best practices.

Requirements

• NetSuite functional consulting experience for 3+ years.
• Experience with NetSuite implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
• Experience conducting workshops with business stakeholders.
• Experience with Finance processes.
• Experience with Procurement.
• Experience with Inventory.
• Experience with Order management.
• Ability to perform fit-gap analysis.
• Experience supporting UAT and go-live preparation.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
• Manufacturing implementation experience.
• Fixed Assets experience.
• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld.
• Experience with ERP separation / migration projects.
• Experience working with international entities and multi-currency environments.
