The IT company Andersen invites a Lead Qualification Specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities

– Providing full informational support to customers (by phone, chat, email, LinkedIn, and other channels).

– Searching for and processing necessary information.

– Assisting corporate clients in resolving issues.

– Processing inquiries from international corporate clients and forwarding them to sales managers.

– Recording request-related information in the CRM system.

– Communicating in a lively and friendly manner – avoiding formulaic or generic responses.

– Remaining polite when dealing with frustrated or dissatisfied clients and striving to turn negative experiences into positive ones (as in real-life communication).

Requirements

– Strong analytical skills.

– Interest in continuous learning.

– Ability to express thoughts clearly and explain complex ideas in simple and understandable terms.

– Friendliness and genuine interest in communication.

– Strong communication skills and a desire to develop business communication abilities.

– Excellent teamwork skills, ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

– Strong interest in the IT field.

– English proficiency at Advanced level or higher.

Desired skills

– Knowledge of German or other foreign languages.
